Seller Proved Wrong Address for Return

Question

I was sent shipping info and a return by email but UPS and the USPS will not mail it, they say its not a valid address. I emailed the seller requesting a valid address and he has not responded in over 3 days. The automated system cannot help and I cannot find anywhere else to get answers on next steps.
