Seller protections?
Buyer purchased an item listed as pickup only that I had promoted. They contacted me about a refund and I agreed pending clarification from eBay about the lost promoted listing funds from a buyers mistake and I provided eBay with pictures of the communication. The buyer then disputed the charge with their bank and lied here in the dispute saying the item was posted as for delivery, which is easily verifiable as false. I have 100% positive feed back and was charge 40$ for a buyer mistakenly buying my item and disputing the charge after clear communication. Is eBay really going to charge me the promoted listing fees? This is absurd.
