Seller Protection from buyer filing false claim
How long does it normally take to get a response from ebay on a buyer filing a false claim? I already received the item back and issued a refund. I then reported the buyer to ebay stating they had falsely claimed the item was SNAD. I got a message from ebay saying that I may be eligible for a credit for the return label.
My questions are, how will I know when they decide this, and how long does it normally take for the decision to be made?
