Seller protection?
I have a buyer who didn’t read the description and is requesting a return . He is requesting a return based off a picture that is exactly the same picture in my listing ?
It wasn’t an inexpensive shipping, is there anything I can do ? It seems unfair , considering I disclosed everything in description and with pictures..

Mentor5 days agoDid buyer open an Item Not as Described return? If so and you want you item back before refunding accept the return. You could also offer a partial refund and let him keep it. Otherwise when it gets back, report the buyer and then appeal the refund, but often this really doesn't do much.
Or if you think he is a scammer who going return something else, you can try telling the buyer if he got something he feels was switched, to double check it to the listing and if so you will report it to the postal inspectors and local police for mail tampering and would he then cooperate with the investigation. Do this before the last day to accept the return, it often will get the return cancelled or the item just won't come back.

Mentor5 days ago · EditedSo if he opened an Item Not as Described return contact ebay and have them read the message where he admits it was his problem and is a remorse return and he should be the one to pay for the return shipping, as well as forfeiting the original shipping amount depending on your return policy.
