Seller protection
Furious! How can eBay decide to refund a buyer on a No Refund listing and the buyer claims the item doesn't match the description that's non existent? Buyer claims watch is Not Gold Filled. Title or description doesn't read gold Filled anywhere. Also buyer has fake feedback.

The buyer's claim overrules your no return policy.
Ebay wants you to accept such a claim and send a free return label (if you want the item back).
I guess eBay was asked to step in. Please check if you received a defect for a case closed without seller resolution.

PS: you have sold so much items. It's amazing that such a claim is new for you,
