Seller protection?
2 buyers recently left false reviews. This qualifies for seller protection. Ebay is claiming they are leaving reviews and decision is final and do not care if I ever use Ebay again or not. One buyer is claiming I sent them a broken item then tried for a partial refund that didn't work so left me a nasty review but want to keep supposed broken item. What. Other is over supposedly usps wrinkled a hat during shipping they have been fully refunded and left me nasty review over shipping. Yes ridiculous I know.

Mentor2 years agoebay doesn't know who to believe in a dispute, so will always find in favor of the buyer. I always ship a hat, even a cloth one, in a box.
