Seller proof of delivery
Do sellers have to provide proof that they sent the item I purchased? I bought something months ago, didnt arrive, seller wouldnt refund, asked me to wait a few more weeks. Today I asked ebay to step in and they resolved it in my favor almost immediately. The reason being "We didn’t receive valid proof of delivery from the seller."

Mentor8 months agoSellers have to provide proof, via tracking information, that the item was delivered to the buyer. If they do not/can not, then Ebay will find in favor of the buyer in a refund request.
