Seller promissed partial refund of 10 euros and i can keep the item wrongly sent
Wanted to tell E bay regarding our conversation but no help and seller not paying refund as promised the proof is our communication messages

And do not let your 30-day return window close.

Mentor2 years agoYou need to go to your Purchase history, locate the item, and click the option to RETURN THIS ITEM because it is not as described. The seller will have the option to offer a partial refund, or send a return shipping label to have the item shipped back for a full refund. The seller needs to select an option in 3 days. If no response, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force a refund.
