Seller printed a label but didn’t actually ship it. They won’t respond to my inquiries for 3 days
I purchased from a new seller with no reviews( mistake I guess) they finally printed a label when I messaged to ask when they would ship, but haven’t actually brought it to post office. They won’t respond to me for 3 days now. Since label is created, I can’t cancel the order.

OP1 year agoSo, this seller has my money, and has their item. They obviously have no intention of shipping it, or they would have, or certainly would respond to my polite inquiries with a reason. This seems unfair to the buyer that I have to wait so long to file a claim.

Label or not you as the Buyer can't cancel the order that long after you purchased. Only Sellers can cancel and for good reason. If eBay let Buyers cancel an order they could do it after the item has shipped and the Seller would be in a pickle, either paying to try and get the package back or lose the item and the money.
That said, you are still protected by eBay's MBG and can file a claim that you did not receive the item one day pas the original estimated delivery date. Follow the steps in the claim, it has a 4 day time period. eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
