Seller posts picture of an item. I purchase it then they message me and says it's a different item then pictured.

I ask the seller why is the item I purchased not the item pictured. They proceed to create a shipping label without my input. I cancel order and they decline. Shouldn't Ebay step in a resolve this problem for me. I shouldn't be stuck paying for something that is not what was shown and I don't know if the one they are sending is in good condition.

Mentor2 weeks agoWhen you receive the item you can file a Return Request due to "item doesn't match description/photos". The seller will be required to accept the return, provide a prepaid return shipping label and refund you in full when they receive the returned item.
