Seller posting item for auction that don’t exists.
How can a buyer get help from eBay when a seller allows an auction to finish, receive payment, never give shipping information. When I contacted the seller, I was told that the item already sold and doesn’t have it anymore. I lost my time and money for over a week and now I have to wait until a certain date so that eBay can step in and allow me to open a case. How fair is this??

The seller should have refunded you immediately. Since they did not, you will have to file a Refund Request through Ebay:
IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery (as shown in your Purchase History) has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
