Seller Posted Bogus Photo of Empty Box When I Returned an Item!

I contacted him and asked why he posted a photo of a random empty box in his refund to me, with the comment "only an empty box i got receive from this order".

How do I contact EBAY to ask them to make him take the photo down?! Thanks!
