Seller performance unfair situations
How am I supposed to provide a tracking number when I deliver some items myself or send small decals in a standard envelope??????? I've been with ebay since the 90s and although that doesn't mean anything anymore you're pushing me out!

Mentor4 months agoIf you are going to deliver items yourself, you need to file a Cancellation and refund the buyer using Problem with buyer's address as the reason. You then relist the item, and add LOCAL PICKUP. The buyer then purchases from that listing and repays. ebay sends the buyer a QR code (as well as a 6 digit code) and gives that to the seller, to prove Delivery since there is no tracking number since you are not shipping.
