seller performance level
do any of you know if it's possible to dispute seller performance level? I have been a top rated seller since 90 days after I first started selling. (2019) If evaluated today I would be above standard. I have zero defects on my account no late shipments and no conflicts. my customer feedback is 100% (1010). I believe it is because I only sold 84 items from Feb 25-Feb 26 instead of 100. This was due to a cancer diagnosis and three surgeries from 5/25-12/25. Wondering if there's any way to ask for leniency on the items sold within the last 12 months due to this freak happenstance of my cancer diagnosis. My sales are increasing now that I am through with treatment. How will the above standard performance rating due to my selling status. thank you in advance for your help

Mentor6 months ago@jenncl_3064. I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news but 100 sales in the last 12 months in the US is required.
I dropped off selling and lost my Top Rated seller rating a few months ago.
If eBay made an exception to the rule then they would have to do it for everyone.
I hope you are in remission now.

Mentor6 months agoI lost my top rated seller a few months ago because I didn't have the 100 sales requirement met. I made a listing push starting in October 2025 and I am good for another year.
