Seller performance is low
this is on me i canceled an order as soon as bid was over because the money i was going to receive was much lower than what i paid for the item i was selling i only did it once and the person reported me and every time i try to sell anything it wont let me it says selling performance is low its been 2 years without selling on eBay money is tight right now and im just trying to get back to selling someone please help .
