seller performance below the standard

Question

My ebay shop was run by my husband and last year he had severe depression. He was not able to post items on time, nor answer messages quick enough - He would not tell me and pretend everything is fine. This led to our account is rated as "below standard". eBay reduced the account listing limit. Just wonder if there is anything i can do?
