seller performance
My seller performance dropped to below standard because out of 180 sales 6 were cancelled due to selling on another platform. So it says I have till January to correct. In that time am I not allowed to promote my listings as it does not give me the option to do so when I am listing now

If you are below standard, you will not be able to promote listings. Read here:

For the future, do not list the same item on another platform unless you are watching your sales like a hawk 24/7. If the item sells on both platforms, you need to ship to your eBay buyer.
