Seller performance
2 or 3 months ago I logged into my store only to find all my items and listings were no longer there. I contacted eBay customer service to inquire and they couldn’t explain what happened but suggested I hit the relist tab for all my items. I did and everything reappeared so I thought everything was okay. The problem is which I didn’t know and they didn’t tell me or they didn’t know either was that by re-listing everything it also re-listed all the items that were already sold. This, unfortunately caused a problem for buyers because I had buyers ordering stuff that were no longer in inventory due to no fault of my own. I have since then, had to go through all my inventory, and re-count the items and relist the items with appropriate quantities online. Now because I have had a quantity of items 14 to be exact that I have had to refund to the buyers because they were no longer in stock. eBay has lowered my seller performance to unfavorable and are threatening to cancel my account which to me is **bleep**. Does anyone have any ideas how to rectify this?
