Seller performance
I sell postcards. I am Top Rated. My Seller Hub has told me if I was evaluated today I will be above standard.
I have just spent about 30 mins with an online assistant asking what I have done wrong to demote me to above standard.
he tells me my tracking is not upload in the metric time acceptable. I load my tracking on the same day as I print my eBay label for my eBay standard envelope. I offer my buyers a one day turn around and when possible send out the same day as a buyer purchases the card. The tracking number is supplied by EBay and is not a USPS tracking number. The post office do not supply a tracking number for the eBay standard envelope containing a postcard costing 64 cents that EBay prints out.
i need to know where I am going wrong. Can anybody tell me?
on looking at my tracking report it is saying from 21 June - 23 June the transactions are missing carrier scans. How can I make the Postman scan my envelopes if I am not in the van with him. I cannot be penalized for something the Post Office is not doing. I went into the Post Office and told them and they said nothing is done. They are not required to scan every pre-paid EBay envelope that passes thru the post office.
So what has changed? I have been selling on EBay for 18 years only recently downsizing to postcards as I have got older. I have 100% Positive feedback but I just don’t know what I’ve done wrong.
