Seller performance

Question

I am at below standard as a seller I can not do anything at this point can not lower prices or change listing info so how can i improve my performance Also half of my items are gone???? Been moved to unsold?

Any help will be so appreciated

If you are already restricted from listing and making changes, there might not be much you can do.

You have a store, so I would see if you can use the marketing tools and run a buy one get one x% off - you need a quick bump in items sold and that type of sale can help. https://www.ebay.com/sh/mkt

You should go to your dashboard and look at the monthly breakdown. You can see when the defects will roll out of the 12 month calculation, and also determine how many additional items you need to sell to bright your defect rate down. https://sellerstandards.ebay.com/dashboard?region=US
