Seller Performance
I noticed I was below standard, therefore was being charged 6% more per sale.
I appealed and I was told it would be adjusted.
will I receive a refund for adjusted seller performance for the time they had me on below standard?
Also, they have defects listed longer than 12 months ago. How many months do defects stay on your selling record?

Mentor2 years agoWhen you are below standard, you are charged a higher fee until you status has been raised. So you won't receive a refund for that time period. It sounds as if you misunderstood the customer service rep.
Depending on your sales volume, defects are measured over 3 months or 12 months.
