Mentor3 years agoGo to your dashboard and open each section to see the defects recorded on your account. Click details in each section. There will be a link for any defect that can be appealed.

OP3 years agoThank you for the response. I can not find the link to appeal. Also it is regarding transaction defect rate.
There are 7 items, some dating a year ago. Most recently 3 in February. They are for small items I misplaced, one of which I found and relisted! Why am I being penalized for items I took down 1 year ago? I have been a member since 2000 and 100% feedback. I am being treated poorly with no mechanism by ebay to discuss.

Mentor3 years agoYou are measured on a rolling 12 months. You can only appeal for 30 days, I believe. If you did cancel the transaction, there is nothing to appeal, no matter the cause.
If there are defects going back almost 12 months, they will roll off in either the next evaluation or the one after - you are evaluated on the 20th of each month.
