SELLER PAYS SHIPPING WANTS TO COMBINE 3 ITEMS TO SAME SELLER TO SAVE SELLER SHIPPING COSTS
Ebay only explains how to refund shipping costs to buyer for combined items that are listed separately. I the seller offered free shipping to the buyer as listed for each item. Seller wants to save shipping costs.

Mentor2 years agoIf you are combining items that were listed as "free" shipping, but you want to issue a refund to the buyer because you are saving money on shipping them together, you can use the same Send refund option found in the dropdown next to the order transaction(s). Instead of entering the refund amount in the shipping box, you'll enter it in the item price box.

OP2 years agoNo...I do not owe the buyer a refund. As explained in my question. THE SELLER, ME, listed free shipping for each individual item listed that the buyer purchased. If there is no way for ME, THE SELLER to ship all three items in one box saving ME, THE SELLER three separate shipping costs than I will ship one each and learn the lesson.

·2 years agoYour post was confusing, as you said seller shipping to seller, so it was difficult to discern what you were actually asking.

OP2 years agoSorry about that, but thanks for trying to help. But now that it is cleared up do u have a solution? I am a capitalist in this to make a profit and if a windfall comes my way, I say why not. Customer was willing to pay the asking price and I on my end have an opportunity to save a few bucks on my shipping costs so be it.
