Seller payout sent to wrong bank account

Hello all, I’m looking for some direction on what to do… My seller payout was sent to a bank account default that I don’t use anymore. How should I reach out to get my money back? I haven’t sold on eBay in many years and recently started again.

There has not been a refusal as of this moment… I have updated my bank account since then. Thanks for the direction. I will contact the old bank.

Was the payout refused or did the old bank accept it? Regardless, contact that bank for guidance. Next make sure you update your banking information on ebay.
