    Seller Payment for USPS Shipping using Ebay
                     

    If I offer free shipping through USPS, and the item says it costs $6.22 to purchase the label, but it also says save $4.33 when buying on EBay, what exactly does it mean?  Does it mean it would have cost $10.55 if I didn't use Ebay or does it mean it will cost $1.89?
