SELLER PAYING INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEES ON REFUND
I sold a pair of oversized (baggy) jeans to someone in Switzerland. the sale went great and he paid right away. he received them weeks later and said the jeans were mis-sized and he wouldn't be able to wear them. he requested a refund. I agreed to the refund not knowing i would have to bear the cost of international shipping. they charged me $41 for jeans that I won't get back. the buyer doesn't have to ship them back and I'm out $41. i have talked to atleast 5 ebay agents and they all tell me different things. i'm getting no where on this. any suggestions?

·3 years agoIf you want them returned, you'll have to pay return shipping, which isn't cheap.
