Seller ParkwayCamera not responding to my return.
I made a purchase a while ago, and the product wasn't working. They asked me to have it checked. I had it checked, and they confirmed it wasn't working. I'm returning it from my country to the US. The seller sent me their address. I received it, and I haven't received any further responses from the seller. The 90 days have passed, but I have all the official chats where we had the conversation.
I need help and intervention from eBay. Can someone help me? thanks.

What "90 days"??
Ebay has a 30 day Money Back Guarantee.
Since you have passed that deadline, you can try to dispute the charge with your credit card company/bank,

OP1 year agoI understand that the 90 days have passed. But the seller suggested I take it to the service center in my country. I did. I had no solution and returned it. They sent me their address.
They received it and agreed to review it. I never heard back. It's a service issue. I deserve a response or a refund.

·1 year agoWhat @lady_madonna was saying is that eBay has no policy that gives you 90 days to deal with an issue. eBay has a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, which applies from the date you receive the item. Since you are past that 30 day period (not 90 days), eBay cannot and will not assist. You have to go to your payment source for assistance at this point.

OP1 year agoThere's no way eBay can give you the seller's phone number. Once I buy and pay, they should be able to help me. Besides, I'm a 100% positive buyer. They should be able to give me some more information.

Mentor1 year agoAll buyers have 100% feedback since the seller cannot give you anything else. When you make a purchase you get the sellers contact information for a limited period of time. Then it goes away and eBay will no longer provide it.
As mentioned by other mentors eBay's Money Back guaranty is only good for 30 days from receipt of the item. Once this time passes you have to go to your payment source to see about a charge back.
