seller parcel lost in global shipping, ebay say I have to refund buyer.
Hello. I am an ebay seller & I have a parcel that is stuck in Global shipping, I used Royal Mail simple delivery, shown as delivered to Pitney Bowes Hub, its been stuck there since 6th April. Supposed to be going to Australia. The buyer has reported non delivery & Ebay say I should refund the buyer, yet I think the global shipping should refund the buyer as it looks like they've lost it. Please can somebody advise, it would be much appreciated.
Thank you Corinne
