I went to the UPS store Didnâ€™t use eBayâ€™s shipping created my own paid for the extra insurance I put in my tracking information. eBay took the extra insurance money. How do I get reimbursed?

If you did not purchase your label or insurance on ebay, then ebay did not charge you for it. Any funds buyer paid for shipping per your listing went to your account.
