Seller overcharges for shipping an item.
I bought an item that was stated to have a shipping charge of $5 but the seller charged $46 (the charge to my credit card was automatic because of eBay's policy on offers that are accepted). Can I request a return based on this? Even if I need to pay for return shipping, I'd be saving money. An FYI...the item was only $69.30, and weighed less than one pound.
