When you say "cancelled" do you really mean you went to your shipping labels [age and Voided the shipping label? That can be done on this page, use the pull-down menu on the left and select Void to void a label within 5 days of purchasing it: Track and manage your shipments (ebay.com)
eBay will credit your account within 21 days.

OP2 years agothe label which was USPO was cancelled within minutes and was subsequently confirmed as such by USPO..Ebay has yet to refund that shipping fee..like most who buy/sells on ebay i dislike getting nichol and dime fees at every turn.
