Seller or eBay stole my money
I bought and paid for Item# 234832738428
The seller never shipped it nor ever returned my messages inquiring about the item.
Please issue me a refund immediately.

This is a member-to-member board. No one here is going to give you a refund. Here's what to do...
Check the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History. When that date has passed, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. eBay will force the refund.
If you missed the deadline for eBay's Money Back Guarantee, then you'll need to check with your credit card company about a chargeback.
