(seller on eBay) sold me a “Demo†phone
Hi all,
*** is a seller on eBay who is engaging in fraudulent and illegal activities and selling “Demo†phones. I was informed about this when I contact Oneplus technical support as my device was giving a lot of problems for past several months.
Any suggestion on how can I go about getting this reported and starting a refund request. I purchased this over a year back.

Mentor3 years agoIt is much too late to request a refund. The eBay guarantee is for 30 days after receipt. Most credit cards can help for 90 - 180 days.
It is also too late to report the item you purchased. You could see if he has any similar items currently listed, and try reporting one of those - every item has a report link on the right margin.
