This link https://pages.ebay.com/services/forum/feedback-login.html will take you to a member's feedback page. Note that the form says you can find the username from their email . . . it won't; that feature has been disabled for many years. You need the username.
Or, you can use Advanced Search to limit the search results to sellers that you specify in the search. Scroll down to the Sellers section. You still need the username.
