Seller offers free shipping in auction then charges shipping fee.
Seller listed items as including free shipping. After winning auctions seller sends invoice that includes shipping fee. After I requested a corrected invoice seller says that they don't do free shipping. The seller then canceled auction, and relisted, again offering free shipping. Is this a scam? Why won't eBay do anything about this?
