Seller offers combined shipping on auction items but has autopay on which makes combined shipping useless.

There also is no way to know which items are autopay. Why isn't eBay putting a banner for this on listed items so buyers are aware they will be charged within one hour? I even contacted the seller BEFORE I bid on any of their items to ask about combined shipping (they do) on auction items and was never told they have items on autopay making combined shipping nearly impossible. They also claimed they have no control over autopay which is false according to what I've read. Two out of the three times I won on auction were autopay. No rhyme or reason why the third item was not. All jewelry items.

Mentor1 week agoIf a seller has autopay enabled for auctions and they officially offer combined shipping (not just say they will combine shipping) then you will see the ability to let eBay know you are still shopping and receive a seven day time limit to make the payment for all of the items. Keep in mind that this only applies to the initial item won and all other items will be charged at the same time.
Some sellers do not know that eBay opted them into the autopay requirement so they would need to go to their buyer requirements to turn autopay off.
