Seller offers a warranty they don't Honer.
Anybody been able to get a solution. I bought a 40-volt battery first of the year that will no longer work. the seller has listed all over their site this comes with a 10-year warranty. I've reached out to them several times over the past 2 weeks asking for information on how to claim under warranty and they have ignored my question. I've tried to reach eBay (that's a joke) and I've gotten an AI response saying they can't help

Mentor1 year agoManufacturers warranty items not sellers unless they are an authorized dealer for the manufacturer. Sellers just place the manufacturers warranty information on the listing form. Unless the seller is an authorized dealer they cannot help with warranty issues. You need to contact the manufacturer to see what warranty assistance they can provide.
