I don’t think you’d get offers for items you haven’t looked at.
Even if we have opted out of receiving offers for items on our Watchlist, we apparently still will get offers from ‘sponsored listings’ that we’ve Viewed … even accidentally.
[I am less than thrilled to get offers for items I’ve viewed only to answer questions in the Community. 😖 ]
