Seller offers 1 year warranty but refuses to reapond to requests.
I would love to know if anybody has any suggestions. I bought "new" phones from a seller that are defective. I purchased the phones in September (4 months ago.) It turns out the phones are not new and therefore not eligible for manufacture warranty. In the listing, the seller offered a 1 year seller warranty. They have ignored all messages for help. Ebay says they can't help because it's past 30 days. Has anybody had this and had a way for ebay to contact the seller or be able to help you file a complaint for falsely listing a warranty?

Mentor9 months agoSince it is past ebay's Money Back Guarantee, you can contact your credit card issuer regarding a chargeback if that is how you paid. You only have up to 180 days from date of transaction for most credit cards.
