Seller offered to pay me to keep bad machine
Seller offered me $150 to pay me to keep bad machine. Seller closed return case and never sent me the partial refund as promised. What can I do? That really bad business and it shouldn’t be this difficult to rectify w/ebay. Any suggestions please?
