Seller offer 1 year warranty but doesnt reply
Summary: ucahur2 is facing difficulties with a seller who offers a one-year warranty but is unresponsive when contacted to process it. Since the purchase was made six months ago, ucahur2 cannot get support from eBay and is seeking advice on how to reach eBay to address the issue.
The seller offers a 1 year warranty but when the part when bad and I wanted to process the warranty, they dont answer. Ebay doesnt step in since its been 6 months already. Or at least I cant reach an actual customer service. Is there a way I can reach ebay to process this warranty? The seller doesnt reply.

Mentor3 weeks agoEbay does not get involved in warranty issues. If it has been under 180 days you can try filing through your payment processor. Otherwise, this is between you and the seller and/or manufacturer.
