Seller not wanting to take a return
I have a seller who is telling me that they will take back a product that was incorrect and missing parts. and has dragged it out for over 20 days. Ebay website keeps directing me back to seller which all this is one big circle.
I have offered to pay for the return and don't want to eat a part that does not work.
Looking for feedback.
