Seller not shipping

It’s been one week since I paid for an item ($423) and the seller has not shipped it yet nor are they responding to my messages. I want the want item. What an I supposed to do here?

@billoriley Sellers can have handling times of 0 to 40 days. They just have to make sure that the item arrives by the last estimated delivery date stated on the listing.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.
