@certifiedinusa Just adding that if the seller is located in a different country come back for additional instructions.

You can ask eBay to step in on the 4th business day.

How to ask us to step in

Find the item in your Purchases.
Select See request details (if your item didn't arrive) or See return details (if you're trying to return an item).
Select Ask eBay to step in and help.
Select a reason from the dropdown menu, then select Confirm.

You will not see the link to â€˜ask eBay to step inâ€™ until itâ€™s time to use it â€¦ usually after 3 business days have passed since the return request was filed.
