Seller not responding to request for help filing a claim
An item I purchased on eBay arrived a day early and the post office put it on the trash can and the trash people took it away. The postmaster told me to file a claim. When I went to file a claim it's requesting documents that only the seller would have. She is no longer responding to my messages. I cannot file a claim without her help because they want the original shipping receipt for one. She knows it's missing but since she responded and said she doesn't have another one I cannot get her to respond to any other messages. I'm going to fixed income I cannot afford to lose this $36. I need suggestions on how to accomplish getting a refund
