Seller not responding to offers
Seller has not responded to 2 offers and I've sent 2 communications to them and received no reply. How do I get eBay to assist?

Mentor3 years agoSellers are allowed to accept, decline, counter, or ignore offers. There is nothing eBay can assist with. Don't make offers unless you are willing to wait until the offer period expires before moving on.
Sellers can pick and choose from the offers they receive. If I accepted offers (which I don't), I would wait until the very last minute to select the best offer received or none at all if too low. I would not decline them as they came in. By then, it might be too late to decline the remaining offers.
That's why you should make your very best offer. Lowball offers will likely be ignored.

Mentor3 years agoSeller is not obligated to respond to offers, but may be just waiting to see if others are made, or seller can just let them expire.
