Seller not responding to my email

I purchased some things from a seller. The listing said the they ship in one to two days. Today is day four and they have not shipped. I have sent two emails the past two days and they haven't responded. What should I do?

@countrylivin16 Sellers can have handling times of 0 to 40 days. They just have to make sure that the item arrives by the last estimated delivery date stated on the listing. Sellers are not required to respond to messages, although it's good customer service to do so.

If your package is late arriving this is what you do:

Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late. You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.
