Seller not responding to messages
Anybody have suggestions about handling a seller that will not respond to messages? I am seeking an exchange for the correct part for my car. Despite confirming via VIN, the part I received does not match the part I removed from car and will not work. Multiple messages have been sent, none replied to.

If the item you received does not match the description or the fitment info in the listing, you should be able to file a "not as described" return to return the item to the seller at the seller's expense for a full refund. Then you can purchase the correct part from another seller that is easier to deal with.
