Seller not responding to fulfill their 2 year warranty on auto part.
I need help regarding a eBay seller who offered 2 year warranty on a auto part which had failed in less than 4 months of installation. Now my vehicle is stationary and cannot drive nor reverse.

Mentor8 months agoOnly manufacturers and factory authorized dealers can issue warranties.
Oftentimes, shady Ebay sellers will falsely state that the item has a warranty just to encourage a sale, when in actuality they cannot warranty the item.

OP8 months agoWhy do eBay allow this? Because Im here stuck with a auto part that didn’t even last me to the fourth month of having it installed I paid $600+ for it. I even have screenshot of me and the seller conversations before purchasing the item stating that 2 year warranty is provided and it is also listed on their seller page. I need help

Mentor8 months agoIf you paid with a credit card, contact the card issuer regarding a chargeback. Most credit card companies will try to help if it has been no more than 180 days since the transaction.
