Seller not responding to a question
I have a question for a seller regarding an item.
I sent the question some days ago.
I got no response.
I sent the question again 2 days ago.
I still have not received anything in the way of a response.
What can I do?

What was your question about? Some sellers will not respond if the question is about shipping or something they feel they have described or posted about in the listing.
Generally it is best to find the item you want to buy from a different seller who will respond to questions or whose listing is more complete.
If your seller has a very high feedback number, those sellers often do not respond to messages.

OP5 months agoIt's a pen. I just wanted to know what kind of refill it takes, in case it's old and is dried up.
